Viadon's Specification Grade Silicone Rubber Sheets are a great solution for powder coating, e-coating, plating and anodizing masking situations for irregularly shaped holes and areas. With our in-house ability to die-cut the sheets to any shape, quick and low cost re-usable masking, gaskets, pads, washers or seals can be made quickly and easily.

Silicone sheets are available in solid or sponge & foam form, and can also be made with pressure sensitive adhesive backing. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 480°F (intermittently 500°F) without adhesive / 302°F max service temperature with a acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
